1. Transparency

  • All decisions made by the club’s board and management must be open, clear, and accessible to members.
  • Financial records, team selections, and policy changes shall be documented and available for review.
  • No hidden agreements or undisclosed actions shall be permitted within the club.

2. Accountability

  • Every member, including players, staff, and board directors, is responsible for their actions and decisions.
  • The board must justify major decisions affecting the club and its members.
  • Any misconduct or negligence will be subject to review and appropriate disciplinary action.

3. Trust

  • Mutual trust shall be the foundation of all relationships within the club.
  • Members must act with honesty, integrity, and respect toward teammates, management, and the club’s values.
  • Breach of trust, including dishonesty or disloyal behavior, will not be tolerated.

4. Commitment

  • All members are expected to show dedication to the growth, unity, and success of the club.
  • Players must honor training schedules, matches, and club responsibilities.
  • Board members must act in the best interest of the club at all times, prioritizing long-term stability over personal gain.

Code of Conduct & High-Crime Violations

To protect the integrity of the club, the following actions are considered serious violations (high crimes):

  • Manipulating or attempting to alter the club’s fundamental laws for personal or group benefit.
  • Influencing, pressuring, or encouraging players or members to leave the club for non-legitimate reasons.
  • Creating division, conflict, or instability within the team or management.
  • Misusing authority or position to undermine the club’s structure or values.

Consequences of High-Crime Violations

  • Immediate investigation by the board of directors.
  • Swift and decisive action without unnecessary delay.
  • Permanent removal of the individual from:
    • The board
    • The team
    • Any affiliation with the club
  • The individual shall no longer hold any role, responsibility, or membership within the club.
